MEET DAVID
David is a third-generation builder. David has been in or around construction as far back as he can remember. Davids exposure started in high end single-family home construction, estate property management and renovations in Greenwich, CT, Pound Ridge, Bedford and Katonah NY.
David received his BA in Construction Management from Pratt Institute Class of 2004. He also “studied” at CU Boulder where he also had the opportunity to work with the Boulder based AGR Building where he was lead PM. “Super Dave” built multiple ground up construction homes in Boulder & Frisco CO.
Once the Rocky Mountain vacation was completed, David linked back up with his east coast roots and spent 10 years between AV Tuchy Builders (family owned) and The Ashforth company where David was able to diversify his construction experience and play a key role in many high profile and challenging commercial/corporate/hospitality construction projects.
In 2015, while with the Ashforth Company, David received the distinct honor of being recognized with Fairfield County’s Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award for his performance and success as a leader in the construction industry.
David decided to go back to where he started with residential construction/renovations & DDev is now well established in Wilton/New Canaan area where we enjoy collaboratively working w our clients to create something unique for their homes & families to enjoy.
David resides in Wilton, CT, with his wife Colie, son Ryan and daughter Annie.
